I have finally created a "title" that feels right for me - "The Alchemist of Possibility". I help to uncover and illuminate possibilities for clients, friends, family and myself.

Leslie K. Malin, M.S.W. - that's me - has enjoyed a multi-faceted career as a business/career/life coach, consultant, speaker, entrepreneur, and psychotherapist for over twenty five years.

My 18 year old company, recently renamed as Will Jazz, Inc, focuses on the intentional use of determination, purpose, commitment and vision wedded to personal mastery and ensemble performance in work and personal endeavors.

I am a published co-author of The Essential Coaching Book: Secrets to a Winning Life and author of two upcoming books: "Meeting Yourself on the Way to Work: Finding Meaning from 9 to 5" and "Who Are You? Where Did The Person I Hired Go? : How To Hire Winners Not Imposters".

My work, writing and philosophy on work has resulted in interviews for numerous articles on spirituality and personal empowerment in the workplace both in the US and Canada.

In addition, I am a co-creator of Winter Wonderland Cards (www.winterwonderlandcards.com), an elegant and original holiday greeting card company that brings together the beauty of design and meaningful quotations.

I recently relocated to the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York from Long Island reflecting an intuitive calling for spaciousness, community and deepened creativity.

I am a graduate of Vassar College and have a Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University.
